About Tribute Art by Wyland

The creation of these bronze memorial sculptures all evolved around creating a unique fine art piece that provided purchasers and families with a personal choice of how they want the TributeArt piece to adorn their home and become part of their everyday life. Many use these bronze sculptures to hold the cremated remains of a loved one. Some use it to cherish the rose petals from the casket spray of their loved one and other forms of momentous. For others, they simply want to enjoy the beauty of these fine art sculptures to adorn their home, or make it a part of their lives until the time of need. All of these sentiments were the foundation of the Personal Choice™ design.
Adding Remains to the Sculptures
The regal beauty of Wyland’s bronze sculptures is uninterrupted by the process of adding the remains of a loved one. On the base of every urn there is a secure brass screw cap that can be undone. Within each piece there is 220 cubic inches of room that can accommodate more than just remains. Within the keepsake sculptures, there is 45 cubic inches of room. Families can add mementos, flowers and other keepsakes to the space. Once this is complete, the brass screw cap simply needs to be re-attached and then the urn is ready to be displayed.
Renowned marine life artist Wyland changed the way people think about our environment when he started painting life-size whales on the sides of buildings in the 1980s. Today, the Wyland name has become synonymous with the new generation of awareness about environmental conservation. Through his unique marine life paintings, sculptures, and photography, Wyland has inspired a generation about the importance of marine life conservation.
